September | Tila and Will honored their heritage and love with a beautiful fusion wedding at Abbey Road Farm, featuring a scenic outdoor Western ceremony and a traditional Chinese tea ceremony.

Tila and Will’s wedding day at Abbey Road Farm was a breathtaking celebration that perfectly woven together elegant Western traditions and rich cultural heritage. The morning began with a sense of anticipation as the couple prepared for a day full of meaningful transitions and intentional details.
The festivities kicked off with an outdoor Western ceremony set against the sweeping panoramic views of the Carlton vineyards. Guests were seated in crisp white chairs facing a lush, low-ground floral crescent overflowing with red, orange, and peach blooms. Under a clear blue sky, the couple exchanged vows and rings in front of their closest family and friends.
Following the Western ceremony, the celebration moved into an extended cocktail hour where the couple transitioned into honoring family heritage with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Accompanied by a beautiful custom acrylic Double Happiness sign, Tila changed into a stunning, intricately embroidered red and gold Qun Kwa. Served on a rich red satin-covered table, the tea ceremony served as a beautiful, intimate moment for the newlyweds to show gratitude and respect to their parents and extended families.
To bring their custom layout, distinct ceremonial transitions, and detailed design vision to life, the couple chose our Premiere Package. This comprehensive coordination and design support allowed our team to handle everything from floor plan conceptualization and rental management to the seamless flow of both ceremonies, ensuring the couple could focus entirely on celebrating.
The evening continued inside the rustic, sun-drenched barn for a family-style reception dinner. The indoor space featured warm wood panels and exposed beams elevated by delicate greenery installations and glowing bistro lights. Round tables were dressed in neutral linens with soft coral napkins, elegant glassware, and vibrant floral centerpieces. After a delicious dinner and a sweet cake cutting, the newlyweds shared a romantic first dance, opening up a lively dance floor that kept the energy high all night long.
It was an unforgettable celebration that beautifully honored both love and tradition in the heart of Oregon wine country. Tila and Will’s wedding perfectly proved that a day filled with distinct cultural moments can feel entirely seamless, deeply personal, and beautifully cohesive.
