Welcome to YPB! 

Your Perfect Bridesmaid is a team of wedding planners, with teams based in Portland and Seattle. Each of us is dedicated to organizing and designing a day that allows you to be present in the moments that matter most.

 

Your wedding is one of the biggest events of your journey as a couple, so naturally, we understand that you want to have confidence in the people you choose to work with. With over 14 years of experience planning weddings,  we are committed to listening to you, understanding your priorities and supporting you throughout this journey.

We aim to help you feel like you have a partner in the planning process - we are your cheerleaders, your extra set of eyes, your educator, your logistics-expert, problem solver and guiding light. We strive to simplify the planning by providing guidance, tools and resources. With our help, you won't have to wonder what to do or when to do something and you will have the information needed to feel confident in the decisions you have to make.

A little about me and how I started YPB...

I have always loved bringing people together to celebreate and make lifelong memories. After college, I got into corporate event planning and made the transition to wedding planning after 5 years. Wedding Planning allows me to take my love for events and put it toward helping people. It is incredibly rewarding to work with clients to make their lives a little easier and their weddigns a little more stress free.

In March of 2022, we celebrated 14 years, and each wedding has taught me and this team so much. I really feel like our time in this industry allows us to help you and connect you to others you'll love, too.

We believe in transparency.

We know it helps to have all the information available to you before you book, so we try to lay down everything about our services to help you make your decision when it comes to booking a planner: prices, services, and options. If you have any questions, we’re more than happy to answer them in your consultation!

We believe in a customized service.

Each couple comes to us at different points in the planning process with different needs and budgets, so we tailor our services and meetings to what you need most.. At any time during your time with us, we can add on meetings, day-of hours, or upgrade to any package if you feel like you want to have us handle more details for you.

We believe in an event that reflects YOU.

If you look at our portfolio, you’ll see a variety of styles at many different venues. Each wedding looks different, because every couple has a different style, set of priorities and different budget. We will never push you to do something that isn’t a priority for you, or isn't in your budget.

 

And if you choose to book one of our packages with design services, we’re going to work with you to develop a unique and creative event design based on your style, set of priorities and budget too.
