Courtney and Reece’s wedding at McMenamin's Kennedy School was a beautiful blend of vintage elegance and playful whimsy. The venue’s iconic, quirky aesthetic—with its schoolhouse charm, vintage art, and stunning architecture—provided the perfect backdrop for a day full of romance and classic Portland fun.


The couple chose a moody, romantic color palette with rich, deep florals and lush greenery, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and vibrant. Their wedding style balanced vintage elegance and romantic whimsy, with touches of retro fun, like Polaroid photos for guests to enjoy and a rotary phone guestbook, which added a playful, personal element to the celebration.


Some of the prettiest details we loved included the lush floral arrangements by Solabee Flowers, which complemented the space beautifully, and the couple’s sweet golden retriever pup, who made an adorable appearance during the day. The venue’s eclectic charm provided a picture-perfect setting for every moment, from the ceremony to the reception.
