Perched just minutes from Friday Harbor and surrounded by the beauty of the San Juan Islands, Saltwater Farm was the perfect backdrop for Ashley and Dusty's colorful, joy-filled celebration.


Through our Deluxe Planning and Design Package, we helped Ashley and Dusty find a venue that aligned with one of their biggest priorities: sustainability. Already rich with character, warmth, and stunning San Juan Island views, Saltwater Farm allowed us to create an experience full of personality and color without relying on excess decor.


The aesthetic was a blend of vintage summer dinner party, playful mid-century modern, and experience-driven whimsy. Rich oranges mingled with soft blush pinks, feather boas added playful texture, and personalized details created a celebration that felt vibrant, nostalgic, and unmistakably theirs.


Breezy florals by Mossy Gate Flower Farm danced throughout the space while fun, funky paper goods from Sincerely by Nicole carried the personality of the day from the invitations to the signage. Thoughtfully curated rentals from San Juan Shindigs balanced vintage charm with clean, modern lines, while Blue Heron Catering and Wren's Nest Baking Co. ensured the experience was just as memorable as the design.


Behind the lens, Bear Beau Photography captured it all with a joyfully documentary approach, preserving the laughter, movement, and exuberant energy that filled the room from beginning to end.


Colorful, queer, sustainable, and overflowing with heart — this Saltwater Farm wedding was a beautiful reminder that the best celebrations are the ones that showcase all the things your love represents with the people you love most!
