IslandWood feels like stepping into the heart of the Pacific Northwest, with towering evergreens, open meadows, and winding forest trails creating an atmosphere that is both peaceful and immersive. For Chester and Sarah, it was the perfect place to host a wedding centered around joy, connection, and guest experience. Their vision embraced bright jewel tones, playful details, and a little silliness woven throughout the day, creating a colorfully heartfelt celebration.

The ceremony took place at Creaky Tree Meadow beneath a triangular floral arch filled with vibrant blooms by Poppy Flowers. Natural wood chairs lined the aisle with colorful ribbons tied to each row, while umbrellas and fans kept guests comfortable in the woodland setting. Live music from Puget Sound Strings added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere as guests gathered among the trees to witness Chester and Sarah exchange vows.

The playful spirit of the day carried into cocktail hour and the reception, where guests assembled LEGO flowers that later became part of the table decor. Bright gerbera daisies, colorful napkins, and natural wood tables brought the jewel toned palette to life, while lawn games from Off the Block Games encouraged guests to relax, explore, and connect throughout the evening. Every detail felt intentional while still leaving space for spontaneity, fun, and genuine moments together.

Chester and Sarah worked with YPB through our Premiere Package, allowing our team to support both coordination and design throughout the wedding weekend. From managing logistics across the property to helping bring their colorful, nature-inspired vision to life, our goal was to create a celebration that felt seamless, joy centered, and true to who they are!
