To have the most stunning fairytale garden wedding, you don't need to necessarily sink all your funds into decor. Truly, all you need is a venue like Twin Willow Gardens. Tucked away in Snohomish, Washington, this lush garden venue feels like stepping into an enchanting secret garden. The ceremony space is especially magical, with towering old-growth hemlocks, a lush, verdant understory, and a stunning rustic wood-beam arbor. It's intimate. It's romantic. And it's oh-so-Pacific Northwest in the very best way.
To bring an extrahttp://landscape.It touch of ethereal softness to the setting, the ceremony aisle was lined with abundant spires of delicate white florals, while cascading blooms spilled effortlessly over the dramatic altar arbor, all beautifully brought to life by the talented team at Pollen in Love. The scent of fresh evergreens, the dappled summer light, and the intimacy of being immersed among the trees reminded us just how unique this feeling is and is truly only something you can experience in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest!
For the reception, playful splashes of cool blue and punchy apricot brought a fresh, cheerful contrast to the woodland setting. Inside the tent, lush greenery intertwined with warm café lighting and dramatic chandeliers, creating a space that felt inviting, romantic, and full of personality.
Large white wedding tents can sometimes feel a little stark against the lush, natural surroundings we love so much here in the Pacific Northwest. Rather than treating the tent as a separate space, we wanted the design to feel like a natural continuation of the gardens beyond it. Bringing greenery overhead softened the structure, added depth and texture, and created a beautiful connection between the indoor celebration and the surrounding landscape. It's thoughtful and practical design choices that can make such a difference! We loved creating a reception that embraced its setting while bringing a little extra color, warmth, and playful romance to the celebration.
