Perfectly situated on the shores of Lake Washington, this stunning waterfront Washington venue is overflowing with wedding luxury! From its beautiful tented reception space and breathtaking views to its incredible amenities, including on-site lodging, catering, bar service, and rentals, there's so much to love. And did we mention the iconic Woodmark II? As wedding planners, we always love building a little private time into the wedding day for our couples to soak in that 'just-married' feeling. And our friends at The Woodmark fully understand the assignment. Seriously, what better way is there to slip away than a romantic private boat cruise across Lake Washington? How luxurious!
Kassy and Alec wanted their wedding to feel elevated, fun, and effortlessly elegant, which is why we adore their all-white design featuring dreamy floral arrangements by Dreyer House. Billowing hydrangeas, romantic roses, delicate baby's breath, and subtle pearl details created a clean, crisp look that felt timeless and oh-so-luxurious against the stunning waterfront backdrop.
But as much as we love a beautifully designed wedding, we also love a wedding that prioritizes your fun! We helped Kassy and Alec make sure their celebration was filled with personal touches, from custom cocktail stirrers featuring their precious pups and hilarious oversized dog-face props to activity packs for the kiddos, an interactive photo booth, and a Polaroid guestbook. There was no shortage of fun surprises for guests to be entertained by and enjoy. And instead of a traditional wedding cake? A sweet little popsicle stand from Seattle Pops! The perfect icy treat for a summer wedding.
And when it came time to dance, Orion Entertainment never disappoints! The dance floor was packed, ties were loosened, buttons were undone, and Kassy even slipped into something a little more comfortable (but still oh-so-bridal!) to keep the party going. We love to see our couples get cozy!
