June | This elegant and whimsical late spring wedding at Ecotrust Rooftop Terrace blended sweeping downtown Portland views with romantic, garden-inspired details. From a light-filled rooftop ceremony to an intimate brick-walled reception, the day was full of thoughtful design, joyful moments, and a lively celebration.

This late spring to early summer wedding took place at the Ecotrust Rooftop Terrace in Portland. With sweeping views of downtown Portland, the venue offered a striking contrast of open sky and urban character. The rooftop ceremony felt expansive and fresh, while the industrial architecture below, including exposed brick and clean lines, set the tone for a day that blended elegance with a modern city edge. The overall vibe was romantic, whimsical, and effortlessly elevated.


The ceremony took place on the rooftop terrace, where the open air and skyline views created a light, airy atmosphere that immediately set the mood. Guests then transitioned seamlessly into the conference center for the reception. This indoor space felt more intimate while still bright and welcoming, thanks to soft drapery suspended from the ceiling that mimicked clouds overhead. Against the exposed brick walls, the fabric added a dreamy softness and made the room feel connected to the outdoor ceremony experience. The flow between spaces was smooth and intuitive, allowing guests to fully enjoy each part of the day without interruption.


Inspired by a Bridgerton-style aesthetic, the design felt elegant and whimsical with a romantic color palette of pink, purple, and white layered with abundant greenery. Floral pillars framed the ceremony space, with lush arrangements marking the start of the aisle for a grand yet inviting entrance. Florals featured roses, carnations, baby’s breath, and textured greenery, creating a garden-like feel in both spaces. Light green linens dressed the tables, paired with statement floral centerpieces that carried the softness indoors. A dessert bar filled with mini, bite-sized pastries added a playful and guest-loved touch, encouraging mingling and celebration.
