Wedding planning doesn't have to be done alone. Our Signature Package is for you if you want to be very involved in the planning process but want to be hands off the day of your wedding. We'll provide you complete peace of mind and the opportunity for you, your friends, and your family to be truly present come wedding day. You deserve to enjoy it. Let us worry about the rest.

Our Signature package provides a Day-of Coordination expert who will bring together all the details necessary for you to have a seamless wedding day. We will assist you with all of the logistical details such as timelines, floor plans, rentals. It doesn't matter whether or not you book us two weeks or two years out - we always work with you right when you book. Rest easy knowing you'll be able to actually enjoy this celebration you'll spend months planning. 

 

Throughout the process, we communicate and coordinate with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and prepared to do their best work for you. We don't deal in the business of surprises - we want to centralize your information so it's accessible to everyone on your wedding planning team.

 

Between included meetings, we check in with you and your vendors once a month to keep things on track. The helpful advice, guides, tools, and resources we provide will ensure no detail falls through the cracks. Come day-of, we are onsite start to finish to coordinate set-up, vendors, details, decor, your timeline, and cleanup at the end of it all.

 

You and your family deserve to be fully present. You deserve a stress free day. Let us provide that for you.

Not only did YPB include all of the resources needed to understand and take action on wedding planning, their team has extensive knowledge about the industry and guides you along the way with any questions you have with PDFs, answering questions via email/phone/zoom, and example timelines, questions to ask vendors...etc. Other than researching vendors, I had no idea where to start when it came to making decisions on what we wanted our wedding to be nor did we know the typical costs for what we would be paying.
