From expert guidance and idea-sharing to a series of planning meetings before the wedding, we’re here to ensure every detail is covered—so you don’t have to think about anything but saying "I do."  Package Details

Every package starts as soon as you book and includes: rehearsal coordination, rental coordination, floor plan design, timeline creation, budget planning, vendor recommendations, contract review, a personalized planning portal "BABS", and unlimited email communication with your lead planner.

Onsite Hours

Including set up of decor, management of vendors and timeline, problem solving, and clean-up of decor, management of breakdown.

Onsite Planners

Every package comes with your lead, your contact throughout the process, and an additional planner the day-of. Two pairs of eyes, hands, and ears on your event are better than one.

Planning Meetings

Hourlong sessions with your lead for a beginning, midpoint, and final planning meeting. Between these meetings, we check in with you monthly via email.

Rental Meeting

On top of the rental management included in the package, we take you into a rental showroom and work on your table setting design in a tactile creative meeting.

Venue Walkthrough

Conducted with key vendors 1-2 months out, your lead will run a logistical production meeting at your venue to confirm the timeline, floorplan, and key details before wedding day.

We believe in our core that you deserve to have a beautiful, well-run event that you and your family are free to enjoy. We believe that you deserve guidance, advice, advocacy, and peace of mind during the planning process - a process that will require hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. We believe that you should have an independent day-of-coordinator to execute the details, manage set up and clean up, and ensure everything comes together exactly as planned. 

 

Our Signature Package starts as soon as you book us, and we offer services like vendor recommendations right off the bat so you can build your vendor team from a custom list of vetted, trustworthy vendors picked based on your style and budget. 

 

We will use the three planning meetings to offer advice and guidance during your time with us so you can stay on track and we can prevent issues before problems occur. 

 

In addition to your Lead Planner being a resource for your questions, you also will have the benefits of our robust Planning Portal (BABS) loaded with endless resources and tools to help you along the way, crafted from our years of experience.
