  • Timeless Elegance Among the Wildflowers at The Orchard - Nicole and Austin

August | This early August wedding at The Orchard in Hood River featured an elegant white and ivory design framed by stunning hydrangea hedges. We provided Premiere planning support to manage the logistics and create a seamless transition from their romantic outdoor ceremony to the bright barn reception. | Photos By Leah Warner Photography | The Orchard in Hood River is a beautiful place to say I do. Set against a backdrop of sweeping views, it feels both grand and incredibly inviting. On this early August day, the weather offered a perfect mix of soft overcast light and brilliant sunshine. As the evening drew to a close, the sky treated everyone to a breathtaking sunset that made the entire property glow. One of the highlights of this venue is the way the spaces work together. Everything feels cohesive because the natural landscape provides a consistent energy from the moment guests arrive. The ceremony lawn is framed by a long hedge of white hydrangeas that look stunning in photographs. We set the stage for the ceremony with vintage wooden chairs for the family and beautiful wooden benches for the rest of the guests. Cafe lights were strung overhead to add a touch of romance that lasted well into the evening. The design for the day was classy, organic, and elegant with a subtle vintage charm. We stuck to a palette of white, ivory, and soft hints of sage green to keep things clean and timeless. The florals were a major focus of the design. We placed large floor arrangements where the couple exchanged vows and two more at the start of the aisle to welcome the wedding party. One of the best things about working at this venue is how easily these pieces can be repurposed. We moved the ceremony florals into the barn for the reception, adding lush color to the dance floor and throughout the gathering spaces. The couple worked with us through our Premiere Package. Just like in our previous work with this level of service, we provided dedicated design support and collaborative sessions to ensure every detail was perfect. From the initial walkthrough to the final coordination, our team managed the logistics so the couple could stay present and enjoy the day without any stress. This celebration was a beautiful reflection of the couple and the charm of The Orchard. It was refined, joyful, and full of natural beauty. Hood River continues to be one of our favorite places to celebrate love, and this wedding was a highlight of our summer season. • Glamour in the Woods at Noble Ridge Tree Deck - Christa and Tylden

June | This June wedding at Noble Ridge Tree Deck was a stunning example of how intentional design and an extraordinary forest setting can work together effortlessly. With formal attire, soft white florals, and long banquet tables beneath a lush green canopy, the day felt elevated, intimate, and deeply romantic. | Photos By Ana Karen Company | Tucked deep into the Pacific Northwest forest, Noble Ridge Tree Deck set the stage for a wedding that felt equal parts glamorous and grounded in nature. Towering evergreens, rich brown bark, and layers of deep green surrounded guests, creating a natural canopy that felt immersive and almost cinematic. The venue’s beauty truly speaks for itself, making it the perfect choice for couples who want nature to be the focal point without sacrificing elegance. The ceremony space embraced the forest’s magic while adding just the right amount of softness. The aisle was lined with bunches of baby’s breath and candles, creating a romantic pathway through the trees. White roses were scattered throughout the venue, tying the spaces together while complementing the organic tones of the woods. With minimal decor by design, every detail felt intentional and refined, allowing the landscape to shine. For the reception, the couple focused on what mattered most: time with their people. Long banquet tables encouraged a relaxed, family-style experience that felt like one big dinner party under the trees. Crisp white linens, simple florals, and candlelight added warmth without competing with the surroundings. Guests enjoyed a charming three-tier wedding cake, an assortment of pastries, and a beloved coffee cart that became a cozy late-night favorite. The couple worked with us through our Signature Package, which provided hands-on guidance throughout the planning process and seamless coordination on the wedding day. This level of support allowed them to stay present, confident, and fully immersed in the experience, knowing every detail had been thoughtfully handled. As the sun faded, the celebration ended with dancing, laughter, and so much love. A perfect close to a day where nature and design worked in complete harmony. • Pronghorn Resort - Bend, Oregon

Tara and Nicholas - May, 2021 Photography by Ely Roberts This was a day Tara and Nicholas waited a LONG time for. During that waiting time, Tara put hours of thought into each little detail featured: brass candle holders, laser-cut wooden place cards, vintage-y floral runners, color, color and color. Our favorite parts were the repurposed ceremony arch that we moved behind the sweetheart table, adorned with Tara and Nich's custom neon sign, and the dessert bar by Too Sweet . Pastries, macaroons, donuts and MORE. Pronghorn Resort is a unique venue for many reasons: You get the comfort of the getting ready onsite in thoughtfully-decorated suites The layout takes guests through an experience: Guests enter through the lodge and then walk the beautiful path along the golf course to the ceremony island (yes, it's an actual island in the middle of the pond). The ceremony island offers beautiful views of the Three Sisters, and a private place to say I Do in the resort. Then, guests move to the ceremony lawn, where Pronghorn offers a beautiful pole tent that's perfect for enjoying the outdoors with the comfort of the shade. There is a nearby cave - SO COOL for first looks and photos. The staff is amazing when it comes to catering and ensuring everything runs smoothly - thanks Pronghorn Team! • A Joyful Persian Wedding at Noble Ridge Tree Deck - Bahar and Saeid

July | This July wedding at Noble Ridge Tree Deck was a joyful Persian celebration filled with meaningful traditions, pastel florals, and thoughtful details. From the Sofreh Aghd ceremony to a lively reception with dancing and glow sticks, the day was full of culture, love, and fun. | Photos By Forthright Photo | Tucked into the trees with sweeping views of the Columbia River Gorge, Noble Ridge Tree Deck offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for outdoor weddings. Surrounded by tall evergreens and natural scenery, the space feels private and serene while still offering plenty of room for guests to gather and celebrate. The ceremony space sits among the trees, allowing nature to become part of the backdrop, which created a stunning setting for this meaningful cultural celebration. This July wedding was a vibrant Persian celebration filled with thoughtful traditions, beautiful details, and joyful moments shared with family and friends. At the altar, the couple incorporated a traditional Sofreh Aghd table, an important element in Persian wedding ceremonies. The table displayed meaningful symbolic items including a mirror representing a bright future, candles symbolizing light and energy, rock candy for sweetness in the couple’s life together, and grains representing fertility and abundance. During the ceremony, the couple participated in beloved traditions including Kalleh Ghand, where sugar cones are rubbed above the couple’s heads to symbolize sweetness in their marriage, and the honey feeding tradition known as Asal. The floral design complemented the natural setting with soft pastel tones of peach, periwinkle, pink, white, and orange. The arrangements featured a mix of textures that added depth and dimension while still feeling organic to the outdoor environment. One of the most unique details of the reception was the seating chart display, which doubled as a wall of colorful macarons for guests to enjoy. The celebration continued with a reception full of laughter, heartfelt moments, and plenty of dancing. Guests enjoyed mini pastries later in the evening before heading to the dance floor with fun foam glow sticks that kept the energy high. The couple’s golden retriever also made a special appearance, bringing smiles to everyone in attendance. The couple chose our Signature planning package, which focuses on vendor communication and full day of coordination. We confirmed details with each vendor ahead of time and managed the entire wedding day so everything ran smoothly, allowing the couple to fully enjoy their celebration. As the evening came to a close, the celebration ended the way it began, surrounded by love, culture, and joyful connection among family and friends. • Cape Horn Estate Wedding - Madison and Tyler

June 2023 | A modern sage, black and white wedding in the Columbia River Gorge featuring a custom champagne seating chart and a beer donkey - yes, a beer donkey! | Photo By Cascadia Studios | Madison and Tyler packed their wedding full of fun entertainment and simplistic, modern details. The color-blocked sage menus looked so clean amongst the black details and modern place settings. On a more personal note, we loved that they incorporated temporary tattoos and a beer donkey (yes, you read that right!) to help serve drinks during cocktail hour. One of our favorite details M&T incorporated was their custom fans we set on the ceremony seats. These fans not only helped cool guests down in the hot sun, but they also had a QR code for guests to share phone photos and videos they take throughout the night - cute AND functional! • Harmonious and eclectic summer wedding at Mt. Hood Organic Farms - Yoshi and Jackson

June | Moroccan coffee house meets PNW - warm and colorful wedding at a one-of-a-kind venue in Hood River, Oregon. | Photo By Baileaves Photography | If you're looking for a venue with a unique look, a stunning view, and an intimate feel, there's no other venue that will tick all those boxes like Mt. Hood Organic Farms does. Yoshi and Jackson hosted a beautiful wedding weekend for their guests, and we loved helping to take all the stress of planning off their shoulders with our full service Deluxe Package. At Mt. Hood Organic Farms, their in-house venue / wedding coordinator handles many of the wedding day tasks, but we love partnering with the venue to help provide additional, in-depth planning and design services to help couples like Y&J round out their vision, find well-suited vendors, and create a cohesive plan for the day. Y&J came to us with a great vision to bring to the space, with bright colors and the idea of bringing in a "harmonious, eclectic, ornate and natural" wedding design. We love how it all turned out! The terracotta tied in beautifully with the eclectic interior, and the local team at Lucy’s Informal Flowers did an incredible job at coordinating the floral colors with their rust and blue wedding party colors.
