Set on a breathtaking five-acre private estate on Bainbridge Island, Megan and Andy’s wedding unfolded as a beautifully immersive experience—one where every garden path, meadow, and tucked-away corner revealed a new chapter of the celebration. Rather than centering the day around a single setting, the estate itself became part of the design, creating a progressive flow that carried guests through the property and transformed the wedding into an experience of discovery.

From the moment guests arrived, hospitality sat at the heart of every decision. Loved ones were welcomed with elevated craft libations and extraordinary cuisine curated by Bainbridge Island’s own Chef Brendan McGill, whose devotion to hyper-local ingredients and Pacific Northwest flavors brought an incredible sense of place to the day. Guests gathered among the gardens with thoughtfully crafted welcome sips in hand as they made their way toward an open meadow ceremony.

The ceremony design embraced the landscape. Florals by Amarie Flora were grown locally and intentionally cultivated for this celebration and with the estate in mind. Bright, textural white blooms softened the expansive meadow setting while long black ceremony benches created a striking contrast against the floral palette, bringing an elevated modern edge to the romantic surroundings.

Following the ceremony, guests meandered through the estate into a secluded forest setting for cocktail hour. Beneath whimsical lanterns and café lights filtering through the trees, live music created an intimate atmosphere as guests enjoyed fresh local oysters and thoughtfully curated bites.

For the recption, guests were invited once more down a softly illuminated pathway where the estate’s backyard had transformed for dinner beneath the open sky. With Pacific Northwest cuisine as a major highlight to the celebration, Chef McGill introduced each course with a personal touch, inviting guests into the experience and creating connection through storytelling and food. Live-fire cooking became its own form of entertainment as guests gathered around to watch the magic happen in real time.

As dinner gave way to dancing, The Shakedown filled the evening with incredible energy and outstanding music keeping the dance floor completely packed. Just when guests thought the surprises had ended, handcrafted mini espresso martinis, wood-fired pizza, and fresh tiramisu made their way through the crowd, creating an unexpected late-night moment that perfectly reflected Megan and Andy’s priorities from the very beginning: creating an experience where every guest felt welcomed, cared for, and part of something unforgettable!

Brought to life through our Signature Planning Package, the celebration became a thoughtful study in movement, hospitality, and intention—proof that the most memorable moments are the ones planned with your experience in mind.
