Fantastical & immersive wedding at Graystone Castle - Rebecca and Chase

July | This Dungeons & Dragons-inspired wedding at Graystone Castle was joyously personal and immersive.

Some weddings feel like stepping into another world, and Rebecca and Chase's celebration at Graystone Castle was exactly that.


Nestled in the Pacific Northwest, Graystone Castle combines modern luxury with storybook charm. With over 20,000 square feet of space, soaring stone architecture, and forested surroundings, the venue already feels like something pulled from the pages of a fantasy novel. Mystical creatures carved into the castle's architecture, grand terraces, and sweeping views created the perfect setting for a wedding inspired by adventure, imagination, and a love of all things fantasy.


Rebecca and Chase embraced their Dungeons & Dragons inspiration in a way that felt elevated, intentional, and fun. Rich emerald greens, deep blues, moody reds, and crisp whites brought a royal palette to life, while Love Blooms Wedding & Event Design transformed the reception with trailing moss, vintage lanterns, and enchanting woodland touches. Long banquet tables felt ready for a feast attended by kings, queens, and the occasional wandering adventurer.


The experience was just as memorable as the design. Guests spent the evening enjoying oversized lawn games, giant darts, cornhole, and axe throwing, creating the atmosphere of a medieval festival tucked into the woods. Every detail invited guests to play along, blending sophistication with a sense of fun and nostalgia.


And then there was the dessert spread. MiFLAVOUR Modern French Bakery created a decadent display overflowing with pastries and sweet treats fit for royalty. Equal parts beautiful and indulgent, it was the kind of dessert table that had guests making more than one trip back.


The evening ended with one of the most unforgettable moments of the day—a grand sword exit as friends and family raised their blades overhead to send the newlyweds into their next adventure together. A perfect ending to a wedding that proved the best celebrations are the ones that fully embrace the things you love and the story only the two of you can tell.
