Warm Earth Tones and Vineyard Views at the Oregon Golf Club - Monica and Caleb

September | Monica and Caleb’s wedding at Oregon Golf Club featured a warm, earthy aesthetic and a focus on personal musical choices. Through our Signature Package, we managed the logistical transitions of the ceremony and reception, ensuring a smooth and celebratory experience for the couple.

The Oregon Golf Club in West Linn provided a stunning setting for Monica and Caleb’s late summer wedding. The day was defined by a rich, organic color palette of greens, rust, copper, and browns that perfectly complemented the lush outdoor surroundings. From the personalized processional music to the high energy sparkler exit, every moment felt uniquely theirs.


The outdoor ceremony took place under a beautiful greenery arch. Guests arrived to the sounds of live music and pre-ceremony champagne before a heartfelt processional featuring songs by BrooklynDuo and Piano Dreamers. Monica made her breathtaking entrance to the acoustic version of "I Get To Love You" by Jennifer Owens. After exchanging vows, the new Mr. and Mrs. celebrated their marriage license signing with a round of signature drinks, including spicy margaritas and rose, surrounded by their closest witnesses.


The reception transition was seamless as guests moved into a space adorned with modern touches and warm earth tones. A custom neon "The Enebos" sign served as a focal point behind the sweetheart table, which was draped in a rich brown linen and accented with glowing candles and floor florals. After a buffet dinner and heartfelt toasts from family and friends, the dance party kicked off in earnest. A mid-evening outfit change for the couple kept the energy high as the celebration continued with late night snacks and plenty of time on the dance floor.


Monica and Caleb utilized our Signature Package for their coordination. This allowed our team to manage the logistical flow of the day, including dismissing buffet tables, overseeing the transition of ceremony chairs and floral repurposing, and coordinating the timing for sunset photos. We also managed the overnight bag logistics and the final sparkler grand exit to ensure the couple could simply enjoy their first night as husband and wife.
