Stoller Family Estate in Dayton provides a breathtaking backdrop that perfectly captures the elegance of the Willamette Valley. Between the rolling hills of the vineyard and the modern, airy feel of the reception space, it offers a setting that is both sophisticated and naturally beautiful. On this warm summer afternoon, the estate was the perfect stage for a celebration defined by thoughtful personal touches and a high energy party that lasted well into the night.


The ceremony took place overlooking the expansive vines, where rows of bentwood chairs were set to face the stunning landscape. Guests arrived to the sounds of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and enjoyed pre-ceremony bubbles before Emily made her entrance to "Can’t Help Falling in Love With You," escorted by her father. A standout moment was the grand exit from the ceremony; rather than a traditional walk, the couple was transported via golf cart to the upbeat sounds of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" and "All You Need is Love" as they drove away into the vines.


As evening fell, the celebration shifted to the reception, which featured a vision of modern elegance. The design utilized long tables adorned with delicate bud vases, floating candles, and lush ground arrangements that mirrored the floral beauty of the ceremony. Guests enjoyed a family style dinner and signature cocktails, including French 75s and Old Fashioneds. The energy reached a peak during the grand re-entrance to the dance floor: a nod to the night the couple first met where friends handed out roses from paint buckets to guests as Whitney Houston’s "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" filled the air.


Emily and Elliott worked with the YPB team through our Deluxe Package. This partnership allowed our team to manage every logistical moving part, from coordinating the pre-ceremony "Sunscreen Bar" to overseeing the complex room flip and floral transitions handled by Blum. We managed the multiple transportation points for the couple and guests, facilitated the marriage license signing with a celebratory champagne pop, and ensured the sunset photo session stayed perfectly on schedule with the rest of the evening’s festivities. By handling the behind the scenes details, we ensured Emily and Elliott could focus entirely on their guests and their new marriage.


This wedding was a perfect reflection of the couple’s romantic and fun-loving spirit. It was a day filled with laughter, unique traditions, and the beautiful vineyard scenery that only a venue like Stoller Family Estate can provide.
