Set against the sweeping landscapes of the Columbia River Gorge, this July wedding at Skamania Lodge felt warm, romantic, and effortlessly refined. The summer sun poured over the property, illuminating the rolling golden fields of grass, giving the entire day a soft, glowing atmosphere. It was the perfect backdrop for a celebration rooted in beauty, intention, and joyful togetherness.


The ceremony took place outdoors, framed by Skamania’s expansive views and a round arbor adorned with blush pink and white florals. The design felt light and organic, with florals featuring a mix of sizes, textures, and movement that added depth without overwhelming the natural setting. Soft shades of pink appeared throughout the day, from the bridesmaids’ dresses to the floral arrangements and subtle decor accents, complemented by touches of sage green and hints of gold that added a refined elegance.


The bride wore a stunning lace gown that felt timeless and romantic, while the groom kept things classic in a simple black tux. Together, they struck a perfect balance of formal and relaxed, fitting seamlessly into the surroundings. Guests were treated to a thoughtfully curated dessert spread featuring macarons and bite-sized sweets like blueberry tarts, tiramisu, and choux pastries, adding a playful element to the evening.
