There’s nothing quite like the panoramic mountain views of Wind Mountain Ranch to set the stage for an unforgettable wedding. With its industrial framework, open landscapes, and sweeping vistas, the venue naturally inspired a design that felt nature-focused, modern, and a touch rustic. Our approach embraced this contrast—industrial structure softened by organic textures and delicate details—creating a contemporary take on a western-inspired wedding.


This celebration was especially meaningful for our team at Your Perfect Bridesmaid, as the bride herself is one of our talented planners! Designing a wedding for someone who coordinates weddings every day brought an added layer of excitement and creativity to every decision. Using our Signature Planning package, the focus was on seamless flow, elevated guest experience, and a design that felt both editorial and timeless.


The ceremony took place overlooking the water, where minimalist, neutral florals perfectly complemented the surrounding landscape. The simplicity of the design allowed the grandeur of the mountains to shine, creating a moment that felt simultaneously intimate and expansive.


For the reception, long wooden tables were adorned with moss, soft white blooms, candlelight, and subtle fruit accents. Florals by Trellis added sculptural, organic softness throughout the space, grounding the venue’s industrial elements with natural texture and movement. The resulting tablescape felt artful, inviting, and truly one-of-a-kind.

Adding a playful, western-inspired touch, guests were invited to wear custom cowboy hats throughout the evening—a detail that felt effortless, fun, and perfectly in tune with the mountain ranch setting.


Planning this wedding for one of our own was a full-circle moment for our team and a beautiful reminder of what can happen when thoughtful planning, trust, and connection come together.
