August | This late August celebration spanned from Lake Oswego to Portland, beginning with a traditional morning ceremony at Ironlight and concluding with a colorful, disco-filled reception at Left Bank Annex.

The bride and groom celebrated a stunning late August wedding that perfectly balanced deep rooted tradition with a high energy urban celebration. The day began in Lake Oswego at Ironlight, a venue known for its glass walls and panoramic views. The bright and airy space provided a beautiful backdrop for their morning ceremonies, starting with the bride’s Mandap Pooja and followed by a vibrant Baraat as the groom made his grand arrival.


The ceremony design at Ironlight was a breathtaking display of color and light. A magnificent mandap served as the focal point, draped in rich fabrics and adorned with an abundance of fresh florals in shades of marigold, rose, and deep greenery. The natural light pouring in from the floor to ceiling windows illuminated the intricate patterns of the traditional attire and the delicate henna designs. The setting felt serene and sacred, providing an elevated atmosphere that honored the couple's heritage while leaning into the venue’s modern and minimalist architecture.


As the sun began to set, the celebration moved to the Left Bank Annex in Portland for a reception that was all about high energy and eclectic design. The industrial space was transformed into a vibrant party atmosphere, featuring a spectacular fusion of modern and festive elements. Shimmering disco balls were nestled among lush floral arrangements, creating a playful sparkle that danced across the room. The design leaned into a bold palette, with colorful lighting in shades of pink and purple that set a high energy mood for the night. This fun vibe was felt in every corner, from the packed dance floor to the specialized after party setup downstairs. To keep the energy going into the early morning hours, guests were treated to a late night Taco Bell feast, which was the perfect playful finish to such a lively and personalized celebration.


The night reached a new level of excitement with multiple choreographed dances and a party that lasted well into the evening. It was an honor to coordinate such a dynamic day that truly reflected the couple's style and cultural heritage. From the serene morning views at Ironlight to the disco balls and late night snacks at the Left Bank Annex, it was a day to remember for everyone involved.
