October | A dreamy fall wedding at The Griffin House in the Gorge with sweeping Columbia River views, warm autumn colors, and a sunset that stole the show. This celebration blended natural beauty, seamless flow, and heartfelt moments into one unforgettable October evening.

The middle of fall is one of our favorite times to see weddings in the Gorge, and this one was truly a dream. Nestled on a hill overlooking the Columbia River, The Griffin House provided the perfect setting for such a beautiful day. As the bride and groom said their “I do’s,” the guests soaked in the sweeping river views and enjoyed this sunny October evening.
One of the many things we love about this venue is how seamlessly the day flows from ceremony to reception. The ceremony took place on the lawn of The Griffin House, where you truly feel like you’re on top of the world. One of our favorite parts of this wedding was how beautifully the florals complemented all of the natural greenery on the property. The reception followed underneath the tent, creating a warm and inviting space for dinner and dancing. It’s hard not to love a venue that values both beauty and functionality.
The color palette featured shades of orange, pink, and burgundy, which flowed perfectly into the changing fall colors of the Gorge. These tones were woven throughout the couple’s overall design, from the florals and linens to the smallest detail shots, creating a look that felt warm, romantic, and welcoming. As the evening went on, even the sunset joined in, showing off beautiful shades of orange across the sky.
The couple worked with YPB through our Signature package, which provides support throughout the planning process along with complete day-of coordination. Our team ensured everything ran smoothly so the couple could enjoy their day completely worry-free.
This wedding was a beautiful reflection of both the couple and the venue. Lively, romantic, and full of love. The Griffin House continues to be one of our favorite places to celebrate love in the Pacific Northwest.
