Tucked into the lush, forested landscape of Woodinville, this wedding at Willows Lodge celebrated love in a quiet, heartfelt way, with intimate moments and thoughtfully curated details at every turn. The couple embraced both the Lodge’s warm wood-beamed indoor spaces and its beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, creating a day that felt personal, natural, and full of charm.
The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by trees and soft greenery, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Guests were drawn into the personal, meaningful moments, with lush purple floral arrangements by Poppy and Pomegranate that felt fresh, modern, and in harmony with the natural setting. The bride wore a sleek, streamlined gown from Grace Loves Lace, embodying elegant minimalism and modern sophistication, perfectly suited for both the indoor and outdoor spaces.
During the reception, the couple leaned into the warmth and intimacy of Willows Lodge, creating a small-wedding feel even with a larger guest list. Food was a priority, with a thoughtfully arranged buffet that encouraged mingling and a relaxed, communal vibe. Sweet personal touches brought their personalities to life: jars of honey as favors, a cake topper featuring their beloved dog Henry, and unassuming touches that had guests buzzing with delight. The dessert table, crafted by Lisa DuPar, added understated elegance and charm.
This beautiful celebration was planned with our Premiere Package, we supported the couple through design guidance, timeline management, and day-of coordination, ensuring the wedding unfolded smoothly while honoring the personal touches that made it uniquely theirs.
The result was a quietly joyful, elegantly modern wedding at Willows Lodge — a celebration that blended indoor charm with outdoor serenity, thoughtful design with personal quirks, and timeless elegance with heartfelt intimacy.
