When Treva and Chelsea first envisioned their wedding day, they wanted to create an immersive experience that felt effortlessly warm and intentionally curated. Grounded in a sophisticated palette of olive greens, creamy whites, soft earthy tones, and bright citrus accents, the design concept beautifully balanced rustic orchard charm with elevated garden elegance. From the moment guests stepped onto the gorgeous private estate, the deliberate play on natural wood textures, lush climbing greenery, and sun-drenched outdoor spaces set a joyful, welcoming mood for the celebration.


The venue's natural architecture, characterized by its sprawling garden lawns, intimate stone wine cellar, and scenic pastoral views, provided the ultimate canvas for the day's timeless design elements. Rather than competing with the gorgeous estate backdrop, the design leaned into it, using long banquet tables and elegant rentals from Arden to frame the outdoor dining area beautifully. Strategic placement of the garden ceremony site and the cozy cellar cocktail hour ensured that the entire property layout felt spacious yet deeply personal.


To bring this intricate visual story to life flawlessly, the couple chose our Premiere package. This level of support allowed our team to manage everything from vendor curation and detailed floor plans to the rental logistics, taking the entire planning weight off their shoulders. With our team handling the moving parts behind the scenes, Treva and Chelsea were able to completely lose themselves in the joy of the day while their aesthetic vision came to life around them.


The design details truly shone during the reception dinner, where the space was transformed by incredible food-focused elements and a masterclass in intentional layering. The tablescapes featured modern white dinnerware from Arden as a clean foundation for lush floral arrangements that beautifully woven down the long tables. Each place setting was carefully styled with custom engraved fruit place cards and personal blocks of parmesan cheese tied with custom ribbon, while a soft-serve station and homemade cookies added a playful, delicious touch to the night.


This wedding was a perfect reflection of the couple's style, brought to life through a flawless execution of elegant estate design and thoughtful curation. From the stunning ceremony under the trees to the smallest tabletop culinary detail, every element worked in harmony to create an unforgettable visual footprint. The North Plains estate provided the ultimate backdrop for this design story, making it a celebration that was just as soulful to experience as it was beautiful to look at.
