November | Rich late-autumn Multi-day celebration starting at Rex Hill winery and continuing at Blockhouse in Portland. From custom-embroidered green hats to bespoke illustrated sugar cookies, these two brides brought a distinctive sense of style and playful individuality to their special day!
Two brides share a tender moment with their foreheads together on a gravel path, framed by lush gardens and rolling hills. One wears an A-line black gown and holds a vibrant orange and pink bouquet, while the other wears a white lace gown with a full train and holds a deep burgundy, rust, and peach bouquet.

We're all for making a whole weekend out of a wedding, especially when it means more time to celebrate with your favorite people! Erin and Charlotte embraced a slower pace, exchanging vows among the vineyards and gorgeous fall foliage at REX HILL Winery before continuing the festivities the following day at Blockhouse, one of Portland's dreamiest urban greenhouses. And honestly, what a lovely way to do it. No need to squeeze every celebration into a single afternoon when you can spend an entire weekend enjoying the occasion!

When we first started talking design with Erin and Charlotte, they described wanting the feel of a classic cocktail bar, something collected and vintage, with rich colors and the warmth of a dinner party at home. Erin leaned a little more maximalist, Charlotte a little more mid-century modern, and we loved finding ways to bring those influences together through our Premiere Coordination + Design Package. Their palette pulled from the deeper colors of Oregon autumn: evergreen, wine red, walnut brown, marigold, and unexpected touches of pink!

The ceremony at REX HILL was particularly beautiful against the changing leaves, with dahlias, marigolds, and wild greenery adding color to the vineyard setting beautifully designed by Songbird Floristry. Erin and Charlotte wore contrasting black and white gowns, a dress duo we're still thinking about! At Blockhouse, the design took on a different character. Guests were welcomed into their very own 'Love Club'! Long banquet tables were set with vintage botanical plates, sage green napkins, and dotted with delicate yellow billy balls. In lieu of traditional candles, we opted for refined table lamps to cast a warm glow across the room which felt extra cozy and romantic beneath strands of overhead cafe lights and soft drapery. Intimate, inviting, and just a little bit moody!

We also have to give these brides credit for their incredible wedding swag bar! Custom green hats, personalized matchbooks, white heart-shaped sunglasses, and illustrated sugar cookies featuring their pets made for such a fun and interactive collection of keepsakes for guests. These are the kind of 'cherry-on-top' details the make guests feel so loved and special! Erin and Char put just as much thought into how their celebration would feel as how it would look, and it showed!

Our Your Perfect Bridesmaid team had the pleasure of helping develop the design and coordinating the festivities across both venues. What stays with us about this wedding is how well it reflected the people at the center of it. Erin and Charlotte wanted their guests to feel like they'd been invited to a really wonderful dinner party, one where you lose track of time catching up with old friends and making new ones. Between the leisurely weekend, the beautiful settings, and all those personal details, we think they got exactly that. These two did everything right in our book!
