If your venue is within 30 miles from our regional office, we are happy to waive our travel fee! We love working all over the PNW, but the miles can add up quickly when we're driving out for essential meetings like walkthroughs, rehearsals and wedding days. Our travel fees are exactly the standard IRS rate that we pay our planners for drive time for the necessary onsite meetings - nothing more!

Overnight fees only apply to venues 90 miles away from our regional office, but this is to ensure we are there for you at a moment's notice and our planners are safe at the end of the night. Questions? We are more than happy to break everything down for you.

We are more than happy to be your design expert to assist with achieving a custom and cohesive design! Some of our couples who gravitate to our day-of coordination Signature Package end up wanting more help with design, but don't feel like they need the number of planning meetings and day-of hours in our day-of coordination and design Premiere Package. This add-on is perfect for those wanting support during the design process, but still want to manage all the details.

Our Design Curation Add-On includes:

• (1) design questionnaire designed to help narrow down your vision

• (1) extra walkthrough to discuss design and layout in the earlier stages

• (1) custom design board to ensure a cohesive event and act as a guide for all your design-focused vendors throughout the planning process

• (2) hours of design consultation to discuss and expand on your ideas, and make revisions to the design as needed

Most couples who book the Signature have a solid vision for their wedding and want to handle the wedding design and planning. This Add-On is geared toward those who have a vision but want an expert to bounce ideas off of and figure out how to make it a reality (without spending countless ideas inquiring and researching). In this meeting, one of our design experts (4+ years of wedding design experience) and your lead planner will help you dig through your ideas and/or your Pinterest board, steer you in the right direction toward a cohesive vision, and share real, local solutions so you feel secure in your design plan.​

Our Design Review Add-On includes:

• (1) Design questionnaire designed to help narrow down your vision

• Up to (1) hour of design consultation to discuss and expand on your ideas

• A follow up of local vendors, solutions, and/or expertise to help you with your wedding design

This service is ideal for couples who want more hands-on support with their design vendors. To bring your vision to life—from florals and linens to lighting and beyond—we source and gather proposals from each design vendor, ensuring every visual element aligns seamlessly with your overall aesthetic. Once your team is in place, we handle all communication, collaborating closely with your creative partners to execute a cohesive, beautifully styled event.

On the production side, we step in to manage the behind-the-scenes logistics that make the magic happen. From crafting detailed floorplans and production schedules to overseeing set-up and vendor installations on the day-of, we ensure every detail is handled with precision and polish. With our team managing both the creative and logistical sides, you can relax and enjoy your day knowing it will unfold just as you imagined—picture-perfect and effortless.

$500 (per vendor)

Available to add on to Signature and Premiere packages. This service is included in our Deluxe and Ultimate packages.

Building your vendor team can be a full time job: from researching, to inquiring / checking for availability, to the pricing and info gathering, to just knowing what questions to ask before you book... it's an important but time consuming part of the planning process. This add-on means we will do all the above for you for any vendor(s) of your choosing, but is most common for vendors like your florist, lighting specialist, caterer and photographers who have such a large impact on your wedding day.

We'll inquire, gather info, vet vendors for you, set up consultations, and narrow down options so you have the info you need to decide who is the best fit for you. We'll also communicate your vision with them throughout the planning process and make sure they have all the info they need, so you don't have to worry if you're missing something.

Busy couples who want to make the decisions for their wedding but just don't have the time find our Deluxe Package the most helpful- you're time is valuable! Let us help you keep more of it.

As your wedding planner, we are always present for your processional/recessional rehearsal. However, if you're looking for help coordinating and planning your rehearsal dinner, we're happy to take that burden off your back. The base of this add-on includes assistance in finding the location, vendors and 2 planners onsite for 6 hours. This can also be combined with the Design Add-On to make sure your guests are wowed throughout the whole weekend.

Many of our couples want help planning and coordinating additional events during their wedding weekend so they and their family can really relax and enjoy the weekend. The base of this add-on includes assistance in finding the location, vendors and 2 planners onsite for 6 hours. This can also be combined with the Design Add-On to make sure your guests are wowed throughout the whole weekend.

$200 (per meeting)

Each package has a varying number of planning meetings, but you can choose to add on a planning meeting at any time during the planning process if you are needing more assistant. This is most common for couples to add on if they have an extended planning period or are just feeling overwhelmed.

We typically spend planning meetings working on whatever is stressing you out at the time and reviewing any prevalent priorities. This could be spending extra time reviewing the timeline together, reviewing décor lists, discussing potential plan changes, etc.

$150 (per meeting)

Rental Meetings are where we meet virtually or at a rental showroom to help you design your tablescape and coordinate all necessary rental items.

One to two rental meetings are included in every package, but you can always schedule an additional meeting with your planner if needed! This can be helpful if you want to change your design direction or want to review an additional rental company's inventory with a planners guidance and design expertise.

Additional travel costs may be applicable if more than 30 miles from our regional office.

An additional walkthrough can be helpful early in the process to help you achieve peace of mind and discuss logistics and floor plan earlier in the process. This is most common to add onto our day-of coordination Signature Package.

All our packages include one logistical walkthrough (about 1-2 months before your wedding) to help you develop your floor plan, iron out details and work through the flow of the day, and our Premiere, Deluxe and Ultimate Packages include 2+ walkthroughs.

Additional travel costs may be applicable if more than 30+ miles from our regional office.

Our hours onsite on the day-of vary by package, but we are always willing to add extra hours if needed to ensure peace of mind. Additional hours apply to each planner included in the clients' package (i.e. 2 planners x 2 extra hours x $75 = $300)

We always make sure there are at least two planners onsite for every wedding - it's our standard! For those who may have a spread-out venue or complex décor elements, adding an additional planner is sometimes necessary or highly recommended to ensure the smoothest day possible. Additional Planners for day-of set up can be added to any package or may be recommended by your lead planner in some cases.

Ease into your wedding day with the support of our dedicated Wedding Day Concierge. This service is designed to take the pressure off the morning of your celebration, ensuring you and your wedding party can focus on soaking in the joy while all the little details are handled.

Your concierge will:

• Greet and direct hair, makeup, and other early-day vendors.

• Run last-minute errands (forgotten items, snacks, coffee runs, etc.).

• Steam dresses, touch up suits, and prep personal details.

• Assist with organizing belongings so you feel calm and ready.

Think of this as your wedding day assistant for the hours leading up to “I do”—making sure the morning is seamless, stress-free, and set up for the magical day ahead.

Not every important wedding task happens on the day itself. Our Extended Logistics & Details Management service is designed to cover those crucial details that take place both before and after your celebration—the moments that fall outside of traditional day-of coordination but are just as essential to a seamless experience.

This service may include:

• Coordinating early rental deliveries, installations, and staging.

• Overseeing specialty set-ups such as restroom trailers, lounges, or décor elements.

• Assembling and distributing guest welcome bags ahead of time.

• Handling post-event tasks like managing pick-ups, vendor returns, or gathering repurposed items.

By taking care of the “bookends” of your wedding; the prep work that happens in advance and the wrap-up that follows, you get the peace of mind knowing every box is checked and you get to enjoy the days leading up to wedding day and after your celebration without the stress of having to manage these details.
