Our full service wedding planning package allows us to be your proactive planning partner who will lead and manage every aspect of your event and design.

Your time is invaluable. We understand you're planning your wedding outside of work, school, kids, pets, whatever! The Deluxe Package lets you do less heavy lifting because we do more for you. You'll get an industry expert to lead the vendor search and outreach so you don’t have to spend time inquiring and checking availability - a task that can be a full time job.

This package includes a deeper level of connection to your planner and your vision. More meetings directly translates to a better understanding of your priorities. This allows us to spend more time cultivating a cohesive design and a pace for planning that matches your lifestyle. You'll be able to envision the big picture down to the little details and get recommendations for the exact materials you can source that will make the vision a reality.

The Deluxe is perfect for logistically complicated events with lots of moving parts. The additional meetings allow us to be available to consult and advise all along the planning journey. You'll never wonder what needs to be done - rest easy knowing an expert is keeping you on track.

You will feel the excitement of seeing the details come together, rather than stressing over how to make your vision happen. We will be with you from the day you book us and provide invaluable services like scheduling vendor appointments, communicating with vendors, and other tasks that put more time into your hands.

Think of this as full service planning of all the key components. There will still be fun stuff for you to do, like purchasing your décor, planning ancillary events, making key decisions, and more. Don't lose another minute - let us take the tedium out of the equation!

In order to develop a thoughtful and unique design, we will:

Contemplate your wedding vision through any source of inspiration - keywords, Pinterest boards, or even pictures. We also provide a Design Questionnaire to get a comprehensive idea of design elements you love (and ones you never want to see again).
Research, reach out, and recommend design-based vendors so that the consultation process is stress-free.
Create a cohesive color and design concept for your wedding.
Create a fleshed out design board that presents a visual for both the big picture design and the small details.
Conduct (1) walkthrough in the early stages of planning to thoughtfully consider your venue as it relates to design.
Conduct up to (2) rental meetings, whether virtually or at a local rental showroom, in order to:

help design a tablescape that brings your vision to life
identify any soft seating, lighting, or other décor you may need
calculate quantities and coordinate rental delivery, set up, and pick up details
pass along our discount at preferred rental companies to help stretch your budget

Throughout the planning process, we will:

INITIATE:

Create a wedding priority checklist
Prepare the draft of your wedding timeline
Help you establish and understand your priorities
Develop and track your budget
Research and create a list of tailored vendor recommendations based on your style, priorities, and budget
Inquire to your favorite vendors to gather availability and current pricing
Thoroughly review contracts before you sign
Assist in scheduling vendor consultations so you can be confident in your vendor team

COMMUNICATE:

Answer any and all emails within our standard business hours
Provide up to included (8) planning meetings
Offer advice and consultation at every turn
Communicate and coordinate with all vendors from start to finish on your behalf
- Assist with scheduling necessary meetings with vendors throughout the planning process
- Conduct necessary vendor follow up on questions and details
- Confirm and gather all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Be the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process and the week of the wedding

MANAGE & ASSIST:

Assist in securing all design-based vendors and communicating your vision
Assist you in creating your wedding website
Assist in tracking of guest RSVPs
Provide guidance on the design and wording of save the dates, invitations, and other stationery.

On the day of your wedding, we will:

Be onsite for up to (12) hours with (3) planners to oversee venue layout, floor plan, and rental set up so you can enjoy every moment of your wedding day
Manage all timeline elements, relaying changes and information to vendors in real time as the event needs
Direct vendors to ensure your overall design is applied according to vision
Set up all personal wedding decor such as the guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.
Problem solve any hiccups in a calm demeanor that does not affect the integrity of the event or vendor relationships
Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors
Coordinate and oversee set up and tear down of all décor and design elements
Be prepared with a stocked emergency wedding kit, fill with tools proven useful to save the day when something is forgotten, broken, ripped, or stained
Provide you and your guests with exceptional customer service in order to ensure event success and an incredible guest experience

The Deluxe Package puts precious time back in your hands. While you are always the decision maker, we are the ones doing the leg work to gather the information and flesh out the specifics in order for you to make the right choice. More meetings, more guidance, and more time to get to know you make an astronomical difference in how much less work you have to do to have a great event.

Why it's worth it:

A Leader in Communication. With any package, we aim to provide guidance to all the steps and tasks involved in planning, but with the Deluxe, we are leading the planning processes on your behalf. Decisions and information are always passed to you in an organized and timely matter.
Vendor Efforts. Every couple receives a tailored list of vendor recommendations to fit their style and budget. However, reaching out, information gathering, and follow up with those vendors can be a full time job. With the Deluxe Package we are the ones to reach out, follow up, and schedule meetings so you can spend your time on...anything else.
Design Down To Smaller Details. We love nothing more than the opportunity to design tablescapes and your event down to the little details - placecards, invites, lounge furniture selections, floral ideas, etc. The Deluxe Package will give you a better sense of what exactly those details can look like with a more in-depth design board, with additional ideas to widen and embellish your vision so your event is cohesive and unique.

A love note from our client

We met with a few Portland based wedding planners prior to choosing YPB to help plan out wedding. We had some bad experiences including planners missing our initial meeting to discuss whether we would be a good fit. I was worried that with all of the post-COVID weddings with planners being in over their heads this wedding season but my first meeting with YPB eased all of my concerns. Not only were they punctual but also genuine and honest. As a resident physician with practically no time to plan a wedding, let alone my own lunch, we decided to book the ultimate package. And let me tell you, it was SO worth it. We were paired with Danielle and I could cry as she was the BEST. Aesthetic of the wedding was very important to me, and oh did she deliver!! My wedding looked like it could have been in a magazine and it was all Danielle! She came up with the idea of doing a disco ball installation and helped guide us towards the perfect table setting. I wanted to incorporate an evil eye into the table settings and she came up with how we could do it and even helped put it together. She had connections with the best vendors and we surprisingly were below budget by the end of the process because of them. The day before our wedding, one of our vendors who was designing our Persian ceremony was stuck crossing into the US from Canada and we had to reinvent our ceremony. Danielle sprung into action and made our wedding so memorable despite the hiccup. By the end of the process, she not only was our wedding planner, but became a friend for life.
