Kristina and Mike were joined by their friends and family for their special day amid the picturesque backdrop of Black Walnut Inn. Being a spring day in Oregon, the forecast showed both sunshine and sprinkles, so we planned ahead with a tent to keep guests dry and at a comfortable temperature, but kept the walls clear to let in light and showoff the vineyard view. We loved their simple but elegant tablescape, with elevated table number signs, white and crystal place settings and airy florals with pops of peach. August | This summer wedding at Stoller Family Estate featured a scenic vineyard ceremony and a high energy reception. We provided Deluxe Package support to create a seamless celebration. | Photos By Lauryn Kay Photography | Stoller Family Estate in Dayton provides a breathtaking backdrop that perfectly captures the elegance of the Willamette Valley. Between the rolling hills of the vineyard and the modern, airy feel of the reception space, it offers a setting that is both sophisticated and naturally beautiful. On this warm summer afternoon, the estate was the perfect stage for a celebration defined by thoughtful personal touches and a high energy party that lasted well into the night. The ceremony took place overlooking the expansive vines, where rows of bentwood chairs were set to face the stunning landscape. Guests arrived to the sounds of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and enjoyed pre-ceremony bubbles before Emily made her entrance to "Can’t Help Falling in Love With You," escorted by her father. A standout moment was the grand exit from the ceremony; rather than a traditional walk, the couple was transported via golf cart to the upbeat sounds of "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" and "All You Need is Love" as they drove away into the vines. As evening fell, the celebration shifted to the reception, which featured a vision of modern elegance. The design utilized long tables adorned with delicate bud vases, floating candles, and lush ground arrangements that mirrored the floral beauty of the ceremony. Guests enjoyed a family style dinner and signature cocktails, including French 75s and Old Fashioneds. The energy reached a peak during the grand re-entrance to the dance floor: a nod to the night the couple first met where friends handed out roses from paint buckets to guests as Whitney Houston’s "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" filled the air. Emily and Elliott worked with the YPB team through our Deluxe Package. This partnership allowed our team to manage every logistical moving part, from coordinating the pre-ceremony "Sunscreen Bar" to overseeing the complex room flip and floral transitions handled by Blum. We managed the multiple transportation points for the couple and guests, facilitated the marriage license signing with a celebratory champagne pop, and ensured the sunset photo session stayed perfectly on schedule with the rest of the evening’s festivities. By handling the behind the scenes details, we ensured Emily and Elliott could focus entirely on their guests and their new marriage. This wedding was a perfect reflection of the couple’s romantic and fun-loving spirit. It was a day filled with laughter, unique traditions, and the beautiful vineyard scenery that only a venue like Stoller Family Estate can provide. With soaring vaulted ceilings, crisp white walls, and a dramatic wall of wine barrels, the venue offers striking architectural character. Café lights glowing overhead added warmth, while the greenery surrounding the building provided a soft, natural contrast to the urban location. The ceremony took place in front of the barrel wall, creating a romantic and textural backdrop. The groom and groomsmen wore classic black suits for a timeless look, while the bridesmaids brought gentle color into the space in pastel pink, blue, yellow, purple, and green. The décor remained simple and elegant with white florals accented by subtle hints of pink. The overall design complemented the venue beautifully and allowed the architectural details to shine while still feeling personal and inviting. The floral design felt abundant yet intentional, enhancing the estate’s gardens rather than competing with them. The bridesmaids wore a mix of floral dresses in shades of blue, pink, and mint green, adding movement and personality while perfectly echoing the surrounding blooms. One of the standout moments of the day was how thoughtfully the couple infused personality into the celebration.
