  • Vintage red and pink cocktail party wedding at Coopers Hall - Kristy and Brandon

August | This 70's inspired minimal but edgy pink and red color palette is worth saving to your Pinterest board for your non-traditional wedding. | Photo By Andreia Claro | Don't want a traditional wedding design? Want a little bit of spice in your wedding? This is it. This is the inspiration. Kristy and Brandon were an absolute VISION, and Andreia Claro really captured it with her flash photography. Kristy in her vintage-inspired and stylish little white dress and their minimal but edgy pink and red color palette are worth saving to your Pinterest board for your non-traditional wedding. Kristy and Brandon hosted their wedding in an exceptional indoor venue (shout out to Coopers Hall for having amazing staff, in-house catering and an abundance of plants)- the perfect setting to bring in bold color. With our Premiere Package, we helped K&B bring their ideas to life with a plan to scatter the reds and pinks throughout the neutral space, and took care of styling their wedding details. We loved the custom match books and the nostalgic cow cookies (from Kristy's childhood) that found their way into the wedding dessert lineup (and the inflatable cow one of the guests brought who knew Kristy too well). • Ethereal, white and champagne garden wedding at Leach Botanical Garden - Erin and Calder

June | Airy and billowing chiffon, pearled linens and romantic summer blooms made this wedding feel like a fairytale. A white wedding with hints of blush, champagne, and taupe. | Photo By Dionne Kraus | Leach Botanical Garden has the most beautiful stone patio with a little white manor house, tucked away amongst the trees and surrounded by greenery. All of this made it the perfect backdrop for Erin and Calder's romantic summer wedding, and their intentionally selected details brought in a light and airy charm. For their ceremony, we loved the lightness of the chiffon and the details of the chandelier against the greenery-heavy background. Since the small space requires a flip between ceremony and reception, it doubled as a romantic backdrop for their sweetheart table. And that wasn't the only beautiful backdrop. Leach is full of magical nooks and backgrounds, like the corner where we set up E&C's photo moment, the secondary pergola where we placed their elegant bar front, and the whimsical willow tree that loomed over their dessert table and champagne tower. Their reception was even more romantic, with white runners detailed with little pearls, rose gold tapered candle holders, modern white stoneware plates and the over-draped, shimmery chiffon cascading over the wooden dinner tables. Details matter! We loved how everything came together, and so glad E&C trusted us with the details. See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Bohemian wedding at the historic St. John's Inn & iconic Revolution Hall - Isabelle and Alexander

July | A bohemian, al-fresco wedding overlooking the Willamette River - a Portlander's dream! | Photo By Taylor Roach | This summer bohemian wedding was beautiful and had the best energy - just look at the photo of Alexander dancing on the table! I&A invited less than 90 people to celebrate riverside, and a few of them to stay onsite at the historic Inn. We loved their aisle of colorful rugs and their choice of wooden chairs and tables that seemed to fit perfectly in the outdoor setting. Their timeline was also quite unique, but it allowed time and space for moments to happen naturally! We built in about an hour of photo time, which allowed everyone to have fun and hit Isabelle's priorities of getting all the family photos before the next event. Their dancing also took place at a second location, the iconic Revolution Hall. We made sure to build in time for guests to get there, and for the wedding party to go off and take sunset photos before their grand entrance into the Hall. Goes to show that anything is possible with the right team and a little bit of planning! It was an honor to plan one of the first weddings at the Inn for such an intimate wedding. One of Isabelle and Alexander's priorities was to have smooth transitions and make guests feel comfortable. Logistically, we had to plan for a few things for that to happen: bringing bathrooms on site, coordinating renting tables and chairs, securing a well-equipped catering and service crew, setting up at two locations, and more. Our Signature Package covers all that and more! See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Black and white winter wedding at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion - Christina and Brian

Winter / November || White clouds of baby's breath and roses against the night of the winter sky - black and white never looked so good! | Photo By Amanda Amphlett | For winter weddings, sunset time should always be a consideration for your timeline and your decor. For Christina & Brian, the early sunset wasn't a problem with their black and white color palette and chic, moody table setting. The night sky through the rooftop windows made the white clouds of flowers pop, and their candles gave the best ambient glow. We timed the ceremony with the sunset so that guests got to enjoy an uninterrupted view from the rooftop. While C&B opted for no first look, we made sure that they got all the wedding party photos that they could before the sun went down. Christina and Brian opted for our Signature Package to help them organize their plan, decor, and ultimately have a team there to help lead the day, manage, and redecorate after the ceremony when we flipped the space to reception. If your venue requires a flip, a coordinator you trust is a must! See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Vibrant summer wedding at Pendarvis Farm - Emily and Peter

September | Emily and Peter leaned into bright hues and their Jewish heritage for their intimate summer soirée. | Photo By Aaron Courter Photography | Emily and Peter wanted reflections of them and their life in the PNW throughout their wedding. Portland street names replaced table numbers, they used local flowers, and picked a menu reflecting the region. Their ceremony, while intimate, included Jewish traditions and a vibrant flower altar. • Airy florals & summer neutrals at Wind Mountain Ranch (Gorge-ous Weddings) - Allie and Joe

August || A beautiful minimalistic design with soft greens, caramel, taupe and champagne. Simple, clean and elegant! | Photo By Luke + Mallory | It was a beautiful August afternoon in the Gorge for this truly picturesque wedding. Allie and Joe were joined by their friends and family to celebrate their love behind breath-taking views. We loved how their design elements like the neutral color scheme and floral pieces remained simple and yet romantic, complimenting perfectly the natural environment of the venue. • Elegant wedding with custom-made decor at Skamania Lodge - Beth and James

July 2023 | Luxurious, boho garden party with fully custom décor and a delicate, neutral color palette. This wedding had creative installations never seen before at Skamania Lodge. | Photo By Lauryn Kay Photography | Wow. It's almost hard to come up with words to describe Beth and Jim's garden party wedding and wedding weekend at Skamania Lodge. If you look through galleries at Skamania Lodge, you won't see anything like this one! As full service planners, we helped curate an absolute dream team, and the result was unforgettable. We had an amazing time working out the smallest of details with their incredible vendors to create unique and custom designs for their wedding. Amy with Brier + Ivy created floral installations for the rafters in the Riverview Pavilion that never been done before in the space and every guest was in awe of her work. She also brought in custom wrought iron pieces for a unique ceremony set up. Megan with Script on This also created a jaw-dropping seating chart, fit with working lighting and the dreamiest soft pastel colors. Something about an interactive seating chart elevates the wedding in a way other things can't. This goes to show that when you invest in creative vendors, the result is unbeatable! • Jewel-toned, Bohemian Wedding at Wind Mountain Ranch (Gorge-ous Weddings) - Kieran and Colby

August 2022 | Bohemian wedding with jewel-toned florals and vibrant rugs with a stunning mountain view. There's a reason the venue Wind Mountain Ranch is also called "Gorge-Ous Weddings". | Photo By Jen Jones Photography | The colors! Kieran and Colby opted for a bohemian, jewel-toned wedding with vintage décor from Great Jones NW. The color came both from the moody and ethereal arrangements by Trellis Flowers and the vibrant rugs the couple rented from Great Jones NW. We even loved how they incorporated the draping and greenery in the tent to give it a softer feel, and really leaned into the the floral details - Colby's suit, the invite suite, the gold-rimmed floral plates. Wind Mountain Ranch, or Gorge-Ous weddings, is the perfect venue for mountain and forest lovers who want to be immersed in nature, but want the logistical ease of a venue with amenities. I mean, who doesn't love an indoor and outdoor option! The tent is great for hot August days in the PNW. See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Olympic Rooftop Pavilion Wedding - Maria and Campbell

July 2023 | The most personalized wedding weekend! Intimate, mimosa-filled brunch wedding draped with whimsical greenery, and a second reception location for dancing and Texas BBQ. | Photo By Tori Osteraa | Everyone in the family said that Maria and Campbell were destined to be. People came from all over - Boston, Texas, Scotland - to see these two make it official and you could just feel all the love and energy from everyone. Maria and Campbell not only hosted a wedding, but a welcome party, brunch, delayed reception and scavenger hunt of their favorite things to do in Seattle. The ceremony took place mid-to-late morning at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion, followed by a mimosa-filled brunch. They had about a 2 hour gap until they moved the party over to Cathedral for a Texas BBQ reception, just 0.3 miles away. Maria and Campbell are the perfect example to show that your wedding day and even wedding weekend doesn't have to follow a traditional template. • Eclectic, jewel-toned wedding with a focus on entertainment at Crystal Ballroom - Elsa & Jack

August 2022 | From park to concert venue - a party full of entertainment, featuring a jewel-toned color palette, shaved ice, fire entertainment, caricature portraits, a CO2 cannon and lots of headbanging. | Photo By Marissa Solini Photography | Elsa and Jack threw the biggest party of their and their friends lives full of memorable events, entertainment, and color. We had such a blast helping them will full service planning, from helping to find their killer vendor team to guiding them to the eclectic and colorful design that really reflected Elsa and Jack and fit the uniqueness of the McMenamin's venue. The day started with a romantic and quiet first look at their rooftop Airbnb in Portland. Thanks to First Student Transportation, E&J and their wedding party rode in style to their next destination: Cathedral Park. Officiant Jimmie wrote the most beautiful ceremony script that had people asking "where did you know him from?" They sealed it with a shot, shaved ice, and a fire performance while we set up at Crystal Ballroom. When guests entered into the Crystal Ballroom, that's when the party began. Caricature artist, foosball, a photo booth, and the best custom signature drinks welcomed guests, and the night really kicked off with their balloon drop at the end of their first dance. Throw a CO2 cannon and DJing by Jordan with Lit Productions and there you have it: the biggest party of your life. See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. • Stylish & Eclectic Spring Wedding at Barn Kestrel - Cassandra and Michael

May | Vibrant and modern eclectic spring wedding with a lime green, pink, and lavender color palette stylish but laidback feel to their wedding. | Photo By Lauren Miles Photography | Fun, ecclectic and modern - Cassandra and Michael had STYLE! Their lime green, pink, and lavender color palette and messy-style handwritten signs brought a stylish but laidback feel to their wedding. It was truly a vision! Cassandra herself is a creative architect, so naturally their wedding had plenty of creative touches. We loved the eclectics vintage table settings, the curated vases & vessels, the custom match books, the handmade signs and handwritten fonts, the floral linens ... and goats! One of their priorities was to avoid moments where guests are awkwardly waiting. Portland Goat Parties, good food, and a timeline that didn't keep the couple away for too long keep guests entertained the whole night. We have to admire their attention to detail. It's a lot to trust someone with your vision on your wedding day. When we have couples like Cassandra and Micheal who have a lot of personal decor and a clear vision, we use our Decor and Rental Instruction sheet so we know exactly what items you want to go in specific places, and offer to use our creative expertise when you aren't sure what the final vision is to style your wedding. • Wedding Under the Oak Grove at Linfield University - Allyson and CJ

August | A beautiful wedding beneath the oak trees at Linfield University's campus in McMinnville, Oregon with local vendors. | Photo By Emily Vandehey | A college campus is not your typically wedding venue, but Allyson and CJ transformed Linfield University's beautiful campus into a backyard-like wedding with a dusty blue theme. The campus has a historic oak grove that made for a perfect setting, and the lighting installation, rented backdrops, and dance floor, it made the space feel complete. Weddings are that much more special when the location has a significant meaning. The bride herself is from McMinnville, Oregon, went to Linfield and loves the community she grew up in. They built their wedding dream team primarily with local vendors: from our McMinnville-local planner, Shannon, to the Third Street-based florist, to the chef at Linfield itself. Anywhere can be a venue with the right resources, rentals and logistics planning! A&C trusted us and selected our Signature Package to help work out the little details and flow of the day, bounce budget questions off of, recommend vendors for the few they hadn't booked yet, and ultimately ensure the day ran smoothly.
