Kristina and Mike were joined by their friends and family for their special day amid the picturesque backdrop of Black Walnut Inn. Being a spring day in Oregon, the forecast showed both sunshine and sprinkles, so we planned ahead with a tent to keep guests dry and at a comfortable temperature, but kept the walls clear to let in light and showoff the vineyard view. We loved their simple but elegant tablescape, with elevated table number signs, white and crystal place settings and airy florals with pops of peach. With its manicured grounds, historic estate feel, and iconic blue hydrangeas lining the property, Quailhurst provided the perfect backdrop for a wedding that leaned fully into florals, color, and outdoor beauty. Flowers and greenery truly stole the show throughout the day. Lush arrangements appeared everywhere, framing the ceremony, filling tabletops, and softening every corner of the venue. The floral design felt abundant yet intentional, enhancing the estate’s gardens rather than competing with them. The bridesmaids wore a mix of floral dresses in shades of blue, pink, and mint green, adding movement and personality while perfectly echoing the surrounding blooms. One of the standout moments of the day was how thoughtfully the couple infused personality into the celebration. The greenery-wrapped wicker light installation overhead created a warm, intimate glow, while a live artist drew “bad portraits” of guests throughout the reception, giving everyone a playful keepsake to take home. Together, these details added character and charm, perfectly complementing the joyful, garden party atmosphere. Quailhurst Estate’s natural beauty played a huge role in the overall feel of the day. The vibrant hydrangeas, lush lawns, and classic architecture gave the celebration an elevated yet relaxed atmosphere that felt perfect for a summer wedding. Guests flowed easily from one part of the day to the next, soaking in the scenery and the joyful energy of the celebration. The couple selected our Premiere Package, which offered hands-on design support and collaborative planning throughout the process. This allowed us to thoughtfully bring their floral-forward garden party vision to life while ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. Taylor and Hashim were such a stunning couple - they seriously looked like models in every photo that Lacey White captured! We loved this setting for them. The sun was out on this beautiful May day, and the turf area offers a wonderful outdoor setting out in the cool, spring sun. We love Abbey Road Farm because because the venue offers both outdoor and indoor options. Since the sun was out, T+H had their reception outside, but we kept the buffet and dessert sheltered inside.
