Nestled along the waterfront at Hideaway Cellars, Bo and Jiem’s wedding was a dreamy mix of whimsy, romance, and pastel elegance, all set within the venue’s striking industrial architecture. From the moment the day began, the couple’s vision of a “secret garden meets modern loft” came to life with soft lavender textiles, abundant greenery, and playful, vibrant floral vignettes that added personality and movement throughout the space. Even with so many layers of design, we made sure the couple had plenty of downtime to relax and enjoy the day—no rushing through the festivities.


The ceremony beautifully honored tradition with an intimate tea ceremony, seamlessly blending cultural heritage with romantic flair. Their first dance was nothing short of magical—the “dancing on the clouds” effect added a whimsical, fairytale touch that left everyone in awe. Lush florals and greenery softened the venue’s industrial lines, draping chandeliers and framing a flowing, airy floral arch that became a stunning focal point for vows and photographs alike. Silky soft lavender accents and statement florals throughout created movement and lightness, perfectly reflecting the couple’s playful yet elegant aesthetic.


Reception details were equally enchanting. Guests were delighted by personalized touches, including a plushie vending machine that perfectly captured the couple’s fun personalities. Waterfront views and the whimsical industrial-meets-secret-garden styling created a romantic, airy atmosphere where guests could relax, mingle, and soak in the celebration. Every design choice—from statement floral vignettes to soft textile accents—felt intentional, personal, and utterly magical.

Our team made sure every detail—from the tea ceremony to first dance, from floral design to unique guest experiences—came together flawlessly, allowing the couple to be fully present and immersed in each meaningful, playful, and romantic moment.
