No event is too complex or daring; we have produced many multi-day wedding weekend events, from Mehndi parties, welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, all-day wine tours, to farewell brunches. If you can dream it, we'll bring it to life. We'll design a guest-centric weekend that focuses on the most minute details to guarantee a truly memorable and one-of-a-kind experience your guests will talk about for years to come.

You will be guided through our process with expert advice and imaginative vision at every step, making the planning as enjoyable and memorable as the weekend itself. This full-service package includes: venue selection, full creative event design, sourcing and communication with all event professionals, meeting attendance, creation of your event layout, guest transportation, proposal and contract review, as well as management in the following areas: budget, logistics, guest hotel block, and gifting. Our partnership and unlimited communication will ensure you are well-educated and informed throughout your time with us.

In order to achieve unique and cohesive luxury events, we will:

Lead the creation of the color scheme and overall design
Research, source, present, and secure all your design-based vendors
Find and secure a graphic designer for any stationary needs such as save the dates, invitations, menus, seating charts, and any other signage.
Provide the invaluable services of narrowing down the design possibilities with thoughtfully curated visions.
Create a personalized design guide that shows a cohesive event and presents a visual for the design through every stage of your day
- Conceptualize all styling and décor details for all aspects and areas
- Source and secure the design materials presented in the design guide
Provide unlimited hours of design consultation to review and adjust your guide to your liking
Attend consultations with design-based vendors
- Oversee stationary design & design of all printed items with a trusted stationer/designer
- Communicate your priorities and overall vision with florist
Initiate a design/creative concept meeting where we discuss design needs across all creative genres (Floral, Layout, Stationary, Lighting, etc) with all design partners in the same room, to allow everyone to work together as a cohesive unit
Work with you and your hired hair, makeup, fashion professionals to come up with a style and look that is curated to you

Throughout the planning process, we will:

INITIATE:

Create a wedding priority checklist
Prepare the draft of your wedding timeline
Help you establish and understand your priorities
Develop and track your budget and vendor payments
Research and create a list of tailored vendor recommendations based on your style, priorities, and budget
Manage the inquiry process of your favorite vendors to gather availability and current pricing
Assist in evaluating, comparing, and contrasting options
Thoroughly review contracts before you sign
Assist in scheduling vendor consultations so you can be confident in your vendor team

COMMUNICATE:

Answer any and all emails within our standard business hours
Provide and schedule as many meetings and consultations as needed
Offer advice and consultation at any turn
Communicate and coordinate with all vendors from start to finish on your behalf:
- Assist with scheduling necessary meetings with vendors throughout the planning process
- Conduct necessary vendor follow up on questions and details
- Confirm and gather all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Be the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process and the weekend of the wedding
Assume the role of the weekend coordinator for all guests to handle requests and questions. (Think of this as a guest concierge for your guests on wedding weekend)

MANAGE & EXECUTE:

Create and order the the save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials and day of signage (and present for review, naturally)
Assist you in creating your wedding website
Assist in tracking of guest RSVPs
Initiate orders and communication with rental, lighting, and other décor companies as needed
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and child care
Coordinate and planning valet parking / Uber & Lyft
Facilitate cake tastings and assisting with selection
Facilitate tastings for food and bar menus
Curate and assemble wedding favor/welcome bags if applicable

On the day of your wedding and its ancillary events, we will:

Arrive on-site as early as needed to oversee venue layout, floor plan, and rental set up to allow you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day
Direct vendors to ensuring your overall design is applied according to vision
Assist the family, wedding party, and guests as needed
Style and set up all wedding decor as designed, such as the guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.
Problem solve any hiccups in a calm demeanor that does not affect the integrity of the event or vendor relationships
Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors
Coordinate and oversee set up and tear down of all décor, vendors, rentals, and design elements
