- Whimsical fall wedding at The Redd - Juice and Adge
September | We transformed The Redd with whimsical greenery and warm woods and accent colors! What a dream this wedding was. | Photo By Rebecca Rizzo Photography | Juice and Adge's wedding was definitely one to remember! We completely transformed the spacious, industrial interior to make it a whimsical, inviting space with tons of greenery and natural, wooden accents. Because The Redd is equipped to host over 500 people, we were able to divide the space into two separate ceremony and reception areas for their 125-person wedding. We had the honor of providing full service planning to help curate their vendor team, conceptualize their design, and plan all the little and big details throughout their day. And believe us when we say that this vendor team was a dream team! J&A didn't have a long Pinterest board of floral inspiration - instead, they opted for whimsical and lush greenery installations and arrangements. We brought in greenery everywhere- on the table arrangements, the walls, the ceiling, the poles, and event the historic machinery - to really make a lasting impact. To bring in some color, their wedding party adorned mixed dress colors of sage, yellow and rust, we added a pop of orange on the table, and opted for a shimmery gold linen for specialty tables. Be sure to scroll to the end to see how fun their reception dancing looked with a live band and a traditional Jewish Hora! See The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. - Pink, red and white wedding at Castaway - Angelica and Alexander
June | A modern wedding with vintage touches and a romantic pink, white and red palette - the perfect inspo for any Valentines or Galentines event. | Photos By Casi Yost | Okay, Angelica and Alexander looked like they should be on the cover of Vogue! These two were such a stylish couple, and their wedding design reflected that. Featuring pinks, reds, and cream, their wedding was romantic with a touch of edgy. We would absolutely use this wedding as inspiration for any Valentines day event! They even incorporated little bowls of strawberries on each table for that extra pop of color. The few vintage touches to their wedding, like their sweetheart chairs and their robin's egg blue Lambeth wedding cake, also added a bit of personality to the design. A little insider secret: their reception flowers were actually their ceremony aisle pieces that we repurposed! We love making the most of your decor to help you save money where you can. - Fall-inspired wedding at the Admiral's House - Taylor and Caleb
October | Taylor and Caleb's intimate wedding was full of small, meaningful details that celebrated friends and family and featured warm foliage and flowers. Caleb and Taylor's fall wedding was a vibrant celebration filled with rich autumn colors and whimsical details. Their beloved dogs played a special role in the ceremony, bringing joy and laughter to all attendees. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly Taylor's super unique wedding dress. Against the backdrop of the changing leaves and crisp air, and that incredible Seattle skyline, the couple exchanged vows that were as warm and beautiful as the season itself. - Fall wedding at a local church and casino night reception at Amaterra Winery
November | Fall-inspired florals, a church ceremony, and an alternative Casino Night reception and fine dining at Amaterra Winery, captured with a nostalgic film look. | Photo By Holly Hursley | Courtney and John tied the knot in their local church and treated guests to a fine dining and entertaining experience at Amaterra Winery . We loved their rust and other fall-inspired, airy florals designed by Novella Theory . C&J didn't have a huge floral order (just ceremony pieces, personal flowers and table centerpieces) but each arrangement Novella Theory created had an impact on the design. O ur favorite part about Courtney and John's wedding was their alternative, "Casino Night" reception! Neither one of them were big dancers, so instead, they hosted a casino night with three different tables from Wild Bill's and prioritized a fine dining experience at Amaterra. Courtney is from Hawaii and John is from Wisconsin, and their menu featured different food and drinks from their respective home towns. They also curated different prize baskets for the casino game winners, made with items from their hometowns and their life together in Oregon. Courtney and John's wedding goes to show that you can make your wedding day anything you want. At the bottom line, it should be filled with memorable experiences and represent you as a couple. There are thousands of ways to bring your story into your wedding day, and we're happy to help you figure out how to make that happen! - Chic, black and white wedding at Amaterra Winery - Julie and Brian
June | A chic black and white wedding ceremony and reception, romantic and lush floral-forward arrangements and a surprise performance. | Photo By Northwest Film Company | Julie and Brian were a match made in heaven, as were their style and Amaterra's modern architecture. Their sleek, black and white design throughout ceremony and reception was the definition of sophisticated elegance. Their wedding featured full, all-white floral arrangements, modern black chairs, a black and white checkered dance floor and bright marquee letters. We helped them secure the modern, black bentwood chairs for ceremony and reception, and build their minimalist tablescape. Not only was it beautiful, but it was a whole party! Sweet Brian planned so many thoughtful surprises for Julie, with the pinnacle of it all being the choreographed disco dance to kick off the dance party. And believe us when we say the crowd LOVED it! - Vibrant Fall Wedding with Inside Jokes at Amaterra Winery - Jamie and Dan
September | Moody, vibrant and and fun personal details nodding to inside jokes! | Photo By Lindsay Blair Photography | Jamie and Dan were just the best. Really, no other way to describe it. Their wedding day at the stunning Amaterra Winery was filled with color and subtle inside jokes (Danny Devito's face plastered on the cookies and dessert and the table numbers). While Amaterra always looks great with neutral colors alongside it's sophisticated interior, we LOVED the vibrant blush, eggplant and magenta's in Jamie and Dan's palette. The wooden crossback chairs that Amaterra has in house looked amazing next to their moody place settings. Truly a pleasure to be a party of this wedding. We were able to be there from the very start and help contribute to the design and selection of vendor team - full service planning is such a treat for us! - Multicultural wedding weekend celebration at Amaterra Winery - Will & Anu
June | A traditional Hindu wedding ceremony followed by a Western wedding ceremony and reception at the luxurious Amaterra Winery. | Photo By Lin Jirsa | It was stunning two day wedding spectacular for this Indian wedding with PNW flair. Anu and William were joined by their friends and family to celebrate their love and vibrant cultural traditions, complete with phenomenal food, dancing, and music. We loved how every design aspect of this wedding from the traditional Sangeet, to the ceremony, to the reception was both vibrant and classically elegant. - Fruitful and elegant spring wedding at Amaterra Winery
A styled shoot designed and coordinated by Your Perfect Bridesmaid and photographed by Bekah Taylor - This styled shoot was published in Oregon Bride ! A Modern Fairytale Wedding at a Portland Winery This plum and fig-inspired styled shoot is perfect inspiration for a spring wedding and couples who want a unique tablescape, appreciate the finer details and want to live a modern fairytale. This soft and earthy color palette with mauve, blush, taupe and sangria came together even better than we imagined. We love creating designs that compliment the venue we're working with. Amaterra Winery is an architectural beauty, and when it opened in 2022, we couldn't wait to work inside their indoor/outdoor event space with its floor to ceiling triangular windows, the stunning wood and concrete pillars and and it's views of the Willamette Valley. We couldn't have done it without this stellar team of PNW vendors ! The Details Details were important for this design. We wanted every aspect to feel luxurious but delicate, airing on the side of minimalism. The torn-edges and thin curling script of the invitation suite created by The Lettering Bee really set the tone for the design, which you'll also see continued on the reception table. And those Bella Belle shoes... they're the luxury wedding shoe you just might be looking for. The Ceremony For ceremony, we wanted guests to be able to see all the beauty of the rolling hills and city lights - Rachael Meader created a simple and airy floral semi-circle and candle-lit aisle. Our model bride and groom were soon-to-be weds at the time of the shoot getting excited about married life and wedding planning. Luis wore a tan suit, perfect for the spring and a Hellebore boutonniere, and Jasmine wore a dress fit for a fairytale and held a delicate bouquet of blushes, mauves and ivory. The Reception This table and cake table are from our modern fairytale dreams. The reception table is simple yet a statement, luxurious yet organic, colorful yet soft. We loved the idea of having the fruit be the main ingredient for a runner, flourished by an airy mauve runner and light eucalyptus to fill in the spaces. Other than the statement runner, we wanted to maintain a certain level of softness of the design with minimalistic pieces with luxurious details and textures: the off-white textured linen, the detailed silverware, monochromatic menus with deckled edges, and dainty script place cards. And the cake table... we're in love. We mentioned that details were an important part of this design, and the cake was no exception. Rachael created these beautiful airy arrangements with moss at the base to frame the all-white cake piped amazing details, baked by Papa Haydn . Set against the stunning backdrop of the Seattle skyline, with views that could make anyone swoon, the day was all about celebrating their love in style. From the get-go, guests were greeted with custom drink stirrers and themed cocktails based on their pets. And let's not forget about Jared's cigar bar – talk about classy! - Whimsical summer wedding with vintage touches Admiral's House - Kyra and Nicholas
August | A romantic wedding centered around good food and ambiance, with elevated conversation pieces and custom installations. | Photo By Marcella Laine | One of a kind. We loved the garden party feel that this wedding had, with the mixed blue, green and floral wedding party dresses and the soft pinks and dreamy blue floral china. Kyra and Nick came to us with these priorities: great food, elevated drinks, ambiance, and stunning florals. With our full service Deluxe Package, we helped connect them to some amazing vendors to create custom pieces for their wedding at the sophisticated and historic Admiral's House. We love weddings here - it just has the best atmosphere and the most dreamy setting, with the Seattle skyline, intimate lighting through the historic windows, and the romantic garden. One of our favorite touches in K&N's design were the vintage chandeliers from Vintage Ambiance that brought in a bit of character and whimsy to the space. On a more practical note, they also helped to fill and elevate the upper space of the tent we rented to keep guests shaded and cool in the open lawn during the summer heat. We also loved the custom little corners: the ceremony backdrop from Villanelle Floral design (we're so lucky to know talented florists), the cozy lounge corner, and the furnished and decorated bar to make the space feel rounded out. With custom pieces comes a lot of communication and negotiating with vendors who can bring the vision to life - we were more than happy to take this task off their hands so Kyra and Nick got to focus on the fun parts of planning. - Intimate, minimalistic wedding at the Victorian Belle - Maicy and Michael
November | Minimalistic neutrals with a touch of elegant bohemian. Maicy and Michael chose a historic garden venue with existing beauty and charm for their intimate celebration. | Photos By Auburn Photography | Maicy and Michael chose to host not only an intimate, ~50 person wedding (perfect size for the Victorian Belle), but they also chose to ditch the wedding party and just spend the morning with each other. All day, they were relaxed and at ease knowing that the only thing that mattered that day was each other. The details were beautiful, but simple, adding touches of elegance and texture to the existing charm and beauty of the historic garden setting. Scroll through to see how they used the space! Behind every beautiful wedding is a talented team of people - see The Vendor Team who made this day a reality at the end of the gallery. Ceremony at the Historic Victorian Belle One of the best things about the Victorian Belle is that there's multiple options for ceremony, both outdoor in the fresh garden air and under cover. Maicy and Michael shared their vows in the covered gazebo in case the November weather turned (but it ended up being a beautiful fall day without a drop of rain!). Tented Reception At The Victorian Belle Victorian Belle provides a draped tent for your reception, so no need to worry about rentals. We loved the all-white look that Maicy and Michael went for, with the neutral pops of color through their bohemian-inspired florals. May | Soft pink, peach and blues for this spring wedding at Blockhouse and Pomarius Nursery. | Photos By The Ashers | Nothing says spring like a blue, peach and pink palette! This May wedding at Blockhouse was minimalistic, personalized, and full of emotion - you can see it in Taylor and Adams photo walking back up the aisle! They started the day getting ready at their home and met up at Hoyt Arboretum for their first look and portraits. It rained a little bit, but honestly, we love a romantic photo opp in the rain! They hosted their wedding at Blockhouse & Pomarius Nursery , where their peach palette popped against the greenery backdrop.
