August | With a bold, late summer sunset color palette and a thoughtful timeline with plenty of room to spend time with their guests, Amanda and Juan's wedding day was beautiful and special. | Photos B y Arlene Chambers Photography | Amanda and Juan's wedding was full of late summer sunset colors at the stunning Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Washington. As one of our Premiere Package couples, we consulted with and helped design their wedding day to bring their aesthetic vision to life. We also worked with Amanda and Juan on their timeline. Our favorite element of their big day was the pre-ceremony cocktail hour to kick everything off! This gave the couple a little extra time to relax with a glass of wine as well as giving their guests time to soak in all the gorgeous details and greet each other before being welcomed to take their seats for the ceremony. After their ceremony, they then had a "mocktail hour" for even more social time while we flipped the venue to be reception-ready! Its combination of elegant indoor rooms and lush outdoor settings provides the perfect backdrop for intimate and elevated celebrations alike. For this dreamy spring wedding, the Lodge’s natural beauty set the tone, offering both a picturesque canvas and a seamless, comfortable flow for the day’s events. The wedding itself was filled with sweet elegance and botanical charm. The bride DIY’d the florals, arranging potted lavender, herbs, and basketed blooms that added a whimsical, personal touch throughout the space. Delicate hand-scribed signage complemented the florals, tying together the design and enhancing the Lodge’s airy, inviting atmosphere. The couple chose our Customized Essentials Package , a pared-down version of our Signature Package tailored to exactly what they needed. With less planning guidance and more hands-on day-of assistance, we were able to ensure every detail ran seamlessly while allowing the couple to fully enjoy their celebration.
